Upcoming Events:
August 2010. We will conduct a pre-ship event for all officer candidate's shipping to OCS on 1 October 2010.
This event will include the completion of a PFT, checklist, short video about Officer Candidate School (OCS).

September 2010. We will have a "Survivor Picnic" at Lake Johnson for all recently graduated and officer
candidate's. For all officer candidate's that have not completed a PFT this year, plan on completing a PFT at
this event. If you need to take a PFT, ensure you bing comfortable PT gear. There will be more information to
follow.

Spring 2010 College Transcripts
REMINDER: All completed Spring 2010 College Transcripts are due to this office on or about 15 May 2010. If
you do not maintain minimum 2.0 GPA for semester, cumulative or fail to successfully complete 12
semester, you will be placed on academic probation and will not be eligible for any financial assistance or
ship to Officer Candidate School (OCS). Any questions, please contact Mr. McCurdy at (919) 856-4170.
Physical Fitness (PFT) Requirements:
REMINDER: All Officer Candidate's must complete (2) PFT's each year. If you have not completed the above
requirements, please contact your OSA or OSO to schedule a PFT.
New guidance on Financial Assistance applications. Effective immediately, all financial assistance
application must include complete current college transcripts (to include what you are scheduled for).
Additionally, these college transcripts must be "official". Any questions please contact Mr. McCurdy at (919)
